About the Role

Lead TESTQ’s Staffing Services across India & APAC — driving business growth, client acquisition, and operational excellence. This senior leadership role demands strategic vision, deep recruitment expertise, and a strong network in the IT & business consulting sector.

You Will:

• Build and scale our APAC staffing division
• Develop new client partnerships & grow accounts
• Lead P&L, sales strategy, and delivery teams
• Ensure compliance & high-quality service delivery

You Bring:

• 5+ years in staffing/recruitment leadership
• Proven India/APAC market experience (IT domain preferred)
• Strong business development & stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with profit-driven execution
